§ 91.09 PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES; GENERAL.
   The following programs and policies are hereby enacted to improve the treatment and disposal of sewage throughout the township through proper installation, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of individual and community sewage systems. These programs and policies apply to both existing and new sewage systems in conjunction with appurtenant ordinances as outlined in § 91.03.
