(A) The use of human-powered transportation devices, such as bicycles, non-motorized scooters, skateboards and rollerblades, is permitted within the park system, except in areas where such usage is specifically prohibited by the township. All users of such devices shall yield right-of-way to other trail and path users.
(B) Use or operation of a human-powered transportation device in an unsafe, dangerous, hazardous or threatening manner is prohibited. Helmets and appropriate safety equipment are required at all times.
(C) The operation of human-powered transportation devices on any grass area is prohibited.
(D) The jumping of or sliding (grinding) along curbs, tables, walls, stairs, railings and other structures or objects is prohibited, except in areas where such activities are specifically allowed by the township.
