§ 12.11 FIRES, SMOKING.
   (A)   Unless otherwise authorized by a park use permit, open fires are prohibited within the park system.
   (B)   For the promotion of cleanliness, health and wellness, the use of tobacco products, smoking and/or vaping is not permitted anywhere within the park system.
