From and after the effective date of this chapter, any subdivision and/or land development approved under the township’s subdivision and land development ordinance and/or zoning ordinance proposing to construct a public playground, or any proposal to install, construct, refurbish, upgrade, replace, remove and/or demolish an existing public playground or any equipment, components, structures or protective surfacing material upon an existing public playground shall be in conformity with this chapter. In the event of a conflict between this chapter and any other statute, ordinance, rule or regulation, the strictest statute, ordinance, rule or regulation shall take precedence.
