SCHEDULE II. STOPPING, STANDING AND LOADING.
   (A)   Stopping, standing, loading or unloading of a vehicle, including passenger cars, trucks, and buses, is hereby prohibited on the following streets or parts of streets:

   (B)   Nothing in this schedule shall be construed to apply to emergency or maintenance vehicles displaying flashing lights or to any vehicle being held stationary by any officer of the law, or construed to prohibit a vehicle from stopping in an emergency, to avoid an accident or to give right-of-way to any other vehicle or pedestrian as provided by law.
   (C)   The proper authorities of the township are directed to erect official signs establishing the no standing, no stopping and no loading zones as set forth in this schedule, in conformity with the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Code. The requirements of this schedule shall not be enforced in areas that have not been posted.
   (D)   (1)    Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall receive a violation notice that his or her vehicle was parked in violation of this schedule. This notice shall inform the violator that he or she must report to the offices of the Township Police Department during normal business hours and pay to the township a fine of $25 within five business days of receipt of the notice or mail payment of the fine of $25 to the township within five business days of receipt of the notice or notify the township in writing of an intent to plead not guilty to the parking violation within five business days of receipt of the notice.
      (2)   Any person who violates any provision of this schedule and who fails to pay the fine or respond with a plea of not guilty as set forth in division (D)(1) above shall have their matter listed with the Magisterial District Judge and, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 together with all fees and costs of prosecution.
