(A) Whereas, because of deterioration, the township roads hereinafter mentioned may be seriously damaged or destroyed unless weight restrictions are imposed, now, therefore, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle having a gross weight exceeding the following listed weight on any of the following portions of the township road system:

Township Road T416 (Rolling Hills Road) | From its intersection with Pennsylvania Route 113 (Bedminster Road) to its intersection with LR09152 (Fretz Valley Road) | 15 tons |
(B) The Township Supervisors shall cause to be erected and maintained official signs giving notice of the weight restrictions above imposed, said signs to be erected at each end of that portion of each township road affected by said restrictions.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of this schedule shall be prosecuted for a violation of § 1101 of the Vehicle Code, Act of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, as amended, and shall be subject to the penalty prescribed therein.
