§ 12.08 PERSONAL CONDUCT.
   (A)   No person shall conduct themselves in any violent, loud, boisterous, abusive, immoral or otherwise disorderly fashion tending to create a breach of peace, constitute a nuisance or disturb or annoy others while within the park system.
   (B)   No person shall commit any indecent or immoral act tending to corrupt the morals or manners of the public while within the park system.
   (C)   No person shall operate any amplification equipment within the park system, unless otherwise authorized by the township in writing.
   (D)   Possession or use of any type of weapon, including, but not limited to, offensive weapons as defined in the Pennsylvania Crimes Code, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 908, as it may be amended, is prohibited within a township park. Firearms, when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of the commonwealth of the state, shall be specifically allowed, however, and shall be excepted from this prohibition.
   (E)   No person shall endanger the safety of any person or animal within the park system by any conduct or act.
   (F)   Persons shall only access the park system by way of the township-approved access points; shall not enter, exit or establish access to the park system through neighboring properties; and shall not create new trails or paths within the park system.
   (G)   Persons using facilities assume personal responsibility and risk for their actions and activities within the park system.
