SCHEDULE III. STOP INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   Words and phrases. Words and phrases used in this schedule shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the State Motor Vehicle Code, June 17, 1976, P.L. 162, Act No. 81, 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 1000 et seq., as now in force or hereafter amended.
   (B)   Stop signs.
      (1)   A four-way stop intersection is hereby established at the junction of Scott Road and Log Cabin Road. Stop signs shall be erected directing traffic to stop at all four approaches to this intersection.
      (2)   A two-way stop intersection is hereby established at Bucks Road. Stop signs shall be erected on eastbound Bucks Road at a point approximately 1,140 feet from the intersection of Bucks Road and Blue School Road and on westbound Bucks Road at a point approximately 1,200 feet from the intersection of Bucks Road and Blue School Road.
      (3)    A four-way stop intersection is established at Applebutter Road and Haring/Log Cabin Road, and official stop signs shall be erected (or are ratified if previously erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street (the intersecting or through street) on the first-named street (the stop street) in the direction or directions indicated for that intersection, such as displayed in the following table.

         (a)   Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection on the first named or stop street, in the direction indicated in each case, shall stop the vehicle as required by § 3323(b) of the Motor Vehicle Code, and shall not proceed into or across the second-named or intersecting or through street until the driver has followed all applicable requirements of that section of the Motor Vehicle Code.
         (b)   The proper authorities of the township are authorized to erect official signs establishing the traffic regulations as set forth in this division (B)(3), in conformity with the provisions of the state’s Motor Vehicle Code. The requirements of this division shall not be enforced until these signs have been installed.
      (4)   A three-way stop intersection is established at the intersection at Pennlan Farm Drive and Texter Drive, and official stop signs shall be erected (or are ratified if previously erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street (the intersecting or through street) on the first-named street (the stop street) in the direction or directions indicated for that intersection, such as displayed in the following table.

         (a)    Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection on the first named or stop street, in the direction indicated in each case, shall stop the vehicle as required by § 3323(b) of the Motor Vehicle Code, and shall not proceed into or across the second-named or intersecting or through street until the driver has followed all applicable requirements of that section of the Motor Vehicle Code

The requirements of this division (B)(4) shall not be enforced until these signs have been installed.
   (C)   Penalty. Any person who disobeys the direction of any traffic signal in this schedule, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25, plus costs. The fines and costs imposed under this schedule are subject to and shall automatic adjust to, as required, any applicable changes in the State Motor Vehicle Code.
