§ 70.01 USE OF ELECTRICAL SPEED TIMING DEVICES.
   The Township Supervisors authorize the Township Police Department to use any approved electrical speed timing device to enforce the state and local speed limits. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, an electronic device now known as a Speed Chek.
