(A) Owners of parkland, farm fields, undeveloped properties larger than five acres and residential properties larger than ten acres are exempt from complying with the maintenance, repair and replacement requirements of this chapter concerning curbs, sidewalks, bike paths, pedestrian walkways, swales and gutters and are exempt from complying with § 54.04(A) and (B).
(B) All property owned by the township containing sidewalks, bike paths and pedestrian walkways is exempt from § 54.04.
