§ 54.07 CONFORMITY TO LINE AND GRADE.

All curbs, sidewalks, bike paths, pedestrian walkways, swales and gutters shall be constructed, paved, repaved or repaired upon the line and grade as required by the township, following application by the owner to the township for all necessary permits.
