(A) No person shall injure, deface or destroy any notice, sign, rule or regulation posted within the park system, nor shall any person post any notices or placards in the park system without first obtaining written permission from the township.
(B) The removal, relocation, defacing, damaging or vandalism of park system property, amenities, fixtures and structures is prohibited.
(C) No person shall utilize park amenities, fixtures or structures in a manner for which the said items are not designated or intended.
(D) Any township equipment (mowers, tractors, gas pumps, snow fences and the like) located or used within the park system shall not be disturbed, damaged or vandalized.
(E) (1) There shall be no installation of equipment or alterations to playing fields or other facilities without the specific prior written approval of the township for these installations or alterations.
(2) No portable lights shall be utilized with the park system without the prior written approval by the township.
