When Trigger Point I is reached in any of the wells of the authority, a drought watch may be declared by the Township Board of Supervisors. Whenever Trigger Point II in any of the authority’s wells is reached, the Township Board of Supervisors may declare a drought warning. Whenever Trigger Point III is reached in any of the authority’s wells, the Township Board of Supervisors may declare a drought emergency.
