§ 52.37 DECLARATION OF DROUGHT STATUS.

A drought watch, drought warning or a drought emergency may be declared by the Governor of the commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and/or the Township Board of Supervisors. If there is a conflict between any of the entities that have made a declaration regarding a drought status, the highest level of drought or most restrictive drought status shall control.
