§ 51.153 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AUTHORITY AND TOWNSHIP.

The authority and the township shall exercise their powers and legal authorities set forth herein and under all applicable statutes, ordinances and other laws to affect the purposes of this subchapter.
