(A) The authority is hereby granted the right to adopt, from time to time, by resolution additional rules and regulations as it shall deem necessary and proper relating to inspections and repairs of laterals that are connected to the public sewage system, which additional rules and regulations, to the extent appropriate, shall be construed as part of this subchapter.
(B) Any rules and regulations adopted by the authority prior to the adoption of this subchapter shall be deemed rules and regulations adopted pursuant hereto.
