§ 51.130 COSTS OF LATERAL INSPECTION.

It shall be the responsibility of the owner of an improved property connected to the public sewage system to hire a firm, pre-approved by the authority, to perform the televised inspection of the lateral. The cost and expense for the televised inspection, including the firm that performs the inspection, shall be the responsibility of the owner.
