§ 51.127 PURPOSE OF SUBCHAPTER.

The purpose of this subchapter is to cause periodical inspections of laterals from improved properties connected to a public sewage system to locate and repair all inflow and infiltration into said laterals thereby protecting the public health, safety and welfare.
