Sewer rentals or charges shall be paid quarterly in accordance with billings for sewage services. All charges for sewage service shall be subject to a penalty if not paid within a certain time period all as established by resolution of the authority. The authority is also authorized to establish by resolution a rate of interest on all unpaid bills.
