§ 51.110 IMPOSITION OF SEWER RENTAL CHARGES.
   All owners of property connected or connecting with the sewer lines in the public sewage system, and all of the owners of property who may hereafter connect with and use the same shall pay annual sewer rentals or charges in quarterly installments as provided by separate resolution by the authority.
