§ 51.070 MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF CLEAN-OUTS.
   It shall be the responsibility of the user to maintain, repair and replace all the clean-outs along his or her private sewer service lateral, including the clean-out at the right-of-way, or curb line or the edge of the pavement, whichever applies.
