A user with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with §§ 51.026 and 51.027, a minimum of 90 days prior to the expiration of user’s existing wastewater discharge permit. It is the responsibility of the user to request a permit application form no less than 120 days prior to the expiration of the existing permit. The application shall include calibration reports on flow monitoring devices used during the term of the prior permit.
