§ 51.017 WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge within any area under the jurisdiction of the authority and/or to the POTW any wastewater except as authorized by the control authority in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter, subject to state and federal laws and regulations.
