§ 75.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning;
   BICYCLE. Any motorized or non-motorized, two- wheel vehicle not required to have a state license, and shall be referred to in this chapter as a BICYCLE only.
