(A) No parking of any vehicle shall be permitted during a snow emergency period on either side of any street which is designated as a snow emergency route.
(B) Vehicular parking on secondary streets during a snow emergency period is permitted on only one side at a time, and then only where parking is normally permitted during regular periods. The parking will be switched from one side to the other on a daily basis, beginning each morning at 7:00 a.m., local time as provided below.
(C) The side of the street on which parking will be permitted each day will be determined in the following manner.
(1) On the odd numbered dates of the month, lst, 3rd, 5th, and so forth, parking will be permitted only on the side of the street with the odd house numbers.
(2) On the even numbered dates of the month, 2nd, 4th, 6th and so forth, parking will be permitted on the side of the streets with the even house numbers.
(D) Nothing in this section is to be construed to permit parking at any time or place where it is forbidden by any other provision of law.
(E) There shall be no parking during snow emergencies on both sides of U.S. 50 (15th Street and 16th Street) from the west curbline of H Street to the east curbline of M Street, a distance of approximately 2200 feet. For purposes of this division (E), the determination of the existence of a snow emergency shall be the duty of the State Department of Highways.
