§ 74.065 PARKING BEYOND TIME LIMIT PROHIBITED.
   No person shall cause, allow, permit, or suffer any vehicle registered in his name or operated by any person to be or remain stopped, standing, or parked on either of the parking lots for any continuous period exceeding 12 hours. Any vehicle so left stopped, standing, or parked on either of the parking lots for a continuous period in excess of the aforesaid time limit shall, by order of the Police Department, be towed away and placed in storage elsewhere, all at the expense of the registered owner or operator thereof.
