§ 74.052 HOURS AND APPLICATION OF PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter making it unlawful for a vehicle to be parked in any one block area of the downtown limited parking zone for more than two consecutive hours, shall apply between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. every day except Sundays and holidays and on Saturdays in any area designated by the city as the “Farmers Market”.
   (B)   Employees and officials of Lawrence County who properly display county parking decals shall be exempted from the provisions of this chapter if their vehicles are parked in the area bounded by the east line of I Street; the north line of 16th Street; the west line of J Street; and the south line of 15th Street. This exception, however, shall not apply to the angle parking abutting the north line of 16th Street and the angle parking abutting the west line of I Street in the downtown limited parking zone.
   (C)   Jurors and prospective jurors who are issued temporary parking decals and display the same shall be exempted from this chapter.
