The following described public streets and highways within the city are hereby designated and established as downtown limited parking zones.
(A) The streets and public highways around the court house square.
(B) 16th Street from H Street to 1 Street, excepting the first three parking spaces on the south side thereof west of K Street.
(C) 15th Street from H Street to K Street.
(D) I Street from 14th Street to 17th Street.
(E) J Street from 14th Street to 17th Street.
(F) Excluded from the downtown limited parking zone is the following described area: That area bounded on the South by 16th Street and on the North by 15th Street that lies between the Courthouse Drive on the East and the middle of J Street on the West.
(G) Excluded from the downtown parking zone is the following described area: The south side of 15th Street from I Street to J Street
