§ 74.017 PARKING ON ONE-WAY STREETS.
   The Chief of Police is authorized to erect signs on the left-hand side of any one-way street to prohibit the standing or parking of vehicles, and when the signs are in place no person shall stand or park a vehicle on the left-hand side in violation of any sign.
