§ 73.01 PROHIBITED CROSSINGS.
   (A)   No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than in a crosswalk in the central traffic district or in any business district.
   (B)   No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than in a crosswalk on any of the following named through streets or parkways, as named in Chapter 76, Schedule II.
