§ 72.22 PASSENGER REGULATIONS.
   (A)   All passengers shall be required to be fare paying passengers except for small children who are being held and do not occupy a seat.
   (B)   No animals of any kind shall be permitted on buses operated by the Transit Authority except seeing eye dogs.
