No parking of motor vehicles shall be permitted in the following locations located in the downtown area which shall serve as bus stops.
(A) The first space on the west side of J Street located north of 15th Street.
(B) The first space on the north side of 15th Street located west of J Street.
(C) The first two spaces on the south side of 16th Street located east of I Street.
