§ 72.20 ESTABLISHMENT; DUTIES.
   (A)   There is established under the jurisdiction of the Board of Public Works and Safety, a public transportation authority to be known as “Transit Authority of the Stone City”.
   (B)   The Authority shall establish appropriate routes and bus stop locations within the city and the stops shall be appropriately marked and signed.
