§ 72.12 OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Freight-carrying or pulling vehicles may park overnight on any street north of Thirteenth Street and east of the Monon Railroad, except as set forth below.
      (1)   I Street.
      (2)   Within the area bounded as follows: Beginning in the center of the intersection of J Street and Summit Lane; then east with the center line of Summit Lane to the center of the intersection of Summit Lane and H Street; then north with the center line of H Street to the center of the intersection of Ninth and H Streets; then east with the center line of Ninth Street to the center line of Columbus Avenue; then in a northerly direction with the center lines of Columbus Avenue and G Street to the center of the intersection of G and Sixth Streets; then west with the center line of Sixth Street to the east line of the alley running north and south between G and H Streets; then north with the east line of the alley to the railroad right-of-way line; then in a northwesterly direction with the railroad right-of- way line to its intersection with the center line of Fourth Street; then west with the center line of Fourth Street to the intersection of the line with the west line of an alley running north and south between K and J Streets; then south with the west line of the alley to the center line of Seventh Street; then east with the center line of Seventh Street to the center of the intersection of Seventh and J Streets; then south with the center line of J Street to the center of the intersection of J Street and Summit Lane and the place of beginning.
      (3)   The area within the corporate limits of the city which is north of Sixth Street and east of F Street.
   (B)   Freight-carrying or pulling vehicles, except panel and pick-up trucks, are hereby prohibited from parking overnight on any other streets of this city except while actually loading or discharging freight. The vehicles may park for not more than one hour in residential areas.
