§ 50.46 ADDITIONS OR ALTERATIONS TO SYSTEMS.

No additions to or alterations whether of any tap, water cock, or other fixtures, shall be made or caused to be made by any person taking water, except by permission first obtained in writing from the Water Superintendent.
