§ 50.24 PAYMENTS.
   It shall be the duty of the Water Superintendent to procure the books and blanks that may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Dues, water rents, incomes, fines, penalties, and rents of the waterworks property shall be paid in cash or waterworks orders.
