§ 50.22 METER DEPOSIT OR CUSTOMER DEPOSIT NOT REQUIRED OF NEW CUSTOMERS.
   (A)   New customers of the water utility shall not be required to pay a meter deposit or a customer deposit to the water utility.
   (B)   Current customers, who have paid either a meter deposit or a customer deposit to the water utility, shall have their deposit applied as a credit to their next monthly bill.
   (C)   All other deposits shall be refunded to the customers pursuant to § 50.27.
