§ 50.06 REMOVAL FROM JURISDICTION OF IURC.
   The Common Council of the City of Bedford removes the waterworks from the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-3-9.1.
