§ 35.21 ENFORCEMENT BY CHIEF OF POLICE; APPEALS.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall have the responsibility for enforcement of this subchapter.
   (B)   Any final decision issued by the police, Chief of Police, or Alarm Board may be appealed by the alarm holder or his delegate to the Board of Public Works and Safety within 30 days after the issuance of the final decision.
