§ 35.19 RIGHT OF CITY AND POLICE TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE.

The city and the police reserve the right, at any time, to discontinue the service of providing monitoring of any and all alarm systems after 90 days’ written notice to the alarm holder. The city and the police are under no obligation to supply this special type of service described in this subchapter to any person, firm, or corporation.
