The installation hereafter of any automatic voice dialer to the police or central answering point is prohibited. Alarm holders who, at the time of the enactment of this subchapter, have been granted permission to have an automatic voice dialer connected to the central answering point shall be allowed to retain such connection for a period of no more than 90 days after the effective date of this subchapter.
