§ 33.279 WORK PERFORMED BY OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS.
   (A)   The MSDS designated employee will provide contractors with a list of chemicals used in the work area(s). The contractors will also be provided with copies or the location of the facility MSDSs.
   (B)   The designated employee will find out what chemicals are being brought into the facility by outside contractors. Copies of the MSDSs or location of the contractors' MSDSs will be obtained.
