(A) Evacuation alarm. City workplaces have ten or fewer employees working at a facility at a time and will use direct voice communication for communicating with employees during an emergency. If evacuation is necessary, the supervisor should conduct a roll call and report to an Emergency Administrative Committee member for assistance.
(B) Segmented area evacuation. City workplaces have ten or fewer employees working at a facility at a time and will use direct voice communication for communicating with employees during an emergency. A supervisor will give appropriate instructions to employees to insure safety. Before leaving, the supervisor should inspect the area to ensure all employees are evacuated. Evacuated employees should report to the assembly site told by the supervisor. Once at the assembly site, the supervisor should conduct a roll call and report to an Emergency Administrative Committee member for assistance.
(C) Phone listings. A listing of all emergency telephone numbers is located at department and office telephones (as attached to Ord. 50-2005, passed 11-8-05). A member of the Emergency Administrative Committee should then be contacted for assistance.
