(A) All affected and authorized employees must be retrained under certain conditions listed below:
(1) A change in job assignments;
(2) A change in machines, equipment, or processes that present a new hazard;
(3) A change in the energy control procedures;
(4) Periodic inspections reveal that there are deviations in the energy control procedure; or
(5) The city believes that there are deviations from, or inadequacies in, the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures.
(B) The Office of Administrative Services will schedule training/retraining as needed and keep the certificates on file with each employee's name and the dates of training and /or retraining.
