The Program Administrator and Safety Department Chairperson/Training Officer shall occasionally conduct evaluations of work practices in areas where respirators are required or used in order to ensure that this Respirator Protection Program is properly implemented and effective. These evaluations will include consultation with respirator users to determine their views on the effectiveness of the program and to identify any problems. Factors to be assessed will include:
(A) Respirator fit;
(B) Impact of respirator use on workplace performance;
(C) Appropriate respirator selection;
(D) Proper use of respirators; and
(E) Proper maintenance and cleaning of respirators.
