§ 33.173 CARD PURCHASES TO AVOID.
   The following issues should be considered when preparing to use the Procurement Card for a purchase: As listed on the cardholder agreement form, the following items ARE NOT to be purchased using this card:
   (A)   Personal or non-business purchases.
   (B)   Cash advances.
