(A) An employee in travel status will be reimbursed for the cost of the registration fees associated with attendance at the conference if not paid in advance.
(B) Only the employee's portion of the registration fee will be paid.
(C) See § 33.140, Reimbursable Meal Expenses, when registration includes meals.
(D) The brochure on the functions that the employee attends must be attached before any reimbursement will be made.
