§ 33.75 PATERNITY LEAVE.
   An employee who is unable to work due to the events associated with child birth shall, upon the employee’s request, be granted up to 12 weeks of leave without pay. However, all accrued sick leave and vacation leave may be applied to paternity leave for pay purposes.
