§ 33.73 ARMED SERVICES DUTY.
   Any city employee who is a member of any reserve component of the Armed Forces of the United States shall be entitled to a leave while the employee is engaged in the performance of his official duty or training. While on this leave, the employee shall be paid his regular pay for a maximum of 15 working days in any one calendar year. To receive this compensation, an employee must, upon return, present to the Personnel Director certification from the employee’s commanding officer of performance of duty.
