§ 33.40 SALARIES.
   (A)   Salaries of city employees are to be paid every two weeks.
(‘67 Code, § 30.02)
   (B)   Salaries and wages for city employees are to be set annually by the Common Council pursuant to state law.
   (C)   Salaries and wages for elected city officials are to be set once every year, pursuant to state law.
